PRAEW BOONBUT | MANAGING DIRECTOR
Praew is responsible for the overall design direction. She has extensive experience in luxury hospitality design with strong expertise in space planning that can complement its local cultural context.
Previously she worked with SCDA Architects and gained considerable experience in design and business development. She received a Master of Arts in Environmental design from Ravensbourne College in London and a Bachelor of Architect from Chulalongkorn University.
Preaw’s modus operandi is simplicity and good design that enhances the clients’ business and at the same time, promotes the well-being of users. This requires that demographic and human behaviors are taken into account to create a flowing space plan.
She strongly believes that for a project to become successful the business and the design need to come together from the start. This requires creatively stretching the boundary to move the conceptual design into reality.
NIROSTINA NISANI | DESIGN DIRECTOR
Nirostina’s forte is in developing innovative concepts and turning them into functional spaces, all that, with the expertise to work around the budgetary and technical constraints.
She earned Bachelor degree in Architecture at Chiang Mai University. With her passion in the subject, she pursued further Master Degrees in Architecture at Silpakorn University. She previously worked with renowned architecture houses in Thailand and in Singapore, such as SpaceTime, Steven J Leach and Orbit, which gave her exposure to residential, hospitality and commercial projects.
Given her broad design experience, she understand the big picture very well, which enables her to see the project through from start to finish, not only the design part but also the coordination and construction with practicality, while not compromising on the conceptual aspect.
DANAI ARAYAWONGKUL | TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Danai leads the 3D studio and is responsible for the communication and presentation of the design concept. His expertise is in incorporating the latest technologies to enhance the design process and to give life to the presentation of the concept.
Danai has the ability to 3D conceptualize designs, while adding emotions and delicate details to the works. He previously worked with well-known international design practices, such as DWP in Bangkok and Marques and Jordy in London.
Danai can deliver a good presentation that is so simple and so elegant; it is accessible to everyone, while not compromising on any details that make the design so special at the first place.
